These are some test pieces I have created
for my FMP, to create these test pieces I have used egg shells which I have
blown the egg yolk and whites out to leave just an empty shell. I have tried a
few different methods to mark make on top of the shell including sanding them
and painting them with a layer of paint and sanding them back again before
working on top of them with pens. Furthermore I have also used PVA glue to give
the egg a shine before again drawing on top of the shall using pens and finally
I have also just worked straight onto the egg which has including breaking an
egg and drawing on the inside of the shell. The title of my FMP is called ‘Drawing
in Space’ which is going to entail me working on to natural objects such as
eggs and bones, I am also considering covering a person fully in pattern to
test out how a full body piece would work.
